Staff were wonderful, rooms kept immaculately clean beds were very comfy, food was great ,wheelchair accessible and child friendly

On a visit to London,three family members in a family room,one double & two singles very comfy & room was spotless,offered more towels in reception which we took up.Service was fantastic,from the receptionist on our arrival to the lady behind the bar at night & the breakfast staff could not do enough.Breakfast was really nice & worth the fee(kids eat for a quid).Parking which i find sometimes when I stay in hotels the fees are glossed over was very reasonable £6 for 24 hours.will most certainly stay again

⭐ Overall, my stay at Travelodge Borehamwood was good — the room was clean and comfortable. However, when I arrived a few minutes after 10 a.m. to ask for breakfast, the food was still there but the receptionist, Tona, refused and spoke quite rudely. I believe I could have still been offered breakfast since I was only a few minutes late. I understand rules are rules, but a little kindness would have gone a long way.

This is my 6th Travelodge on my 5 week vacation before flying from Heathrow the next day. The hotel is in the middle of a one way system so look out for the entrance. Free parking onsite under cover or open air. The reception is next to a recently renovated Cafe - Bar area which looked great. The rooms are spotless as are the bathroom. Tall picture window in my room overlooking the Sky Studios Set. Rooms are quiet despite being in the middle of traffic. Dinner was great as was breakfast. It was lovely hearing the manageress telling a party of guests about the history of the Studios and the celebrities she had met. The young man on reception was very helpful in retrieving a WiFi code for me as I couldn’t find my confirmation email. That was very much appreciated. The housekeeper was also helpful getting me into my room as they have the older ‘insert your card and remove’ door locks rather than NFC. Take a torch for the lifts as they have 6 glow worms in the ceiling of the lift for lighting Great hotel and I will return next year.

The room was cozy, the staff lovely and very polite. You can easily access transport to go into London or explore the town

I stayed for a few days in this hotel and was served by Mario at the bar. Lovely bartender and can pour a great pint Hotel was very clean i will be coming back again

Decent room, good service. About half hour walk to the train station. Ample parking. Quiet despite being close to a busy road.

We had an accessible room, which was good but, there are no plug sockets near the bed, which is pretty weird. We were also on the 3rd floor, which again, for an accessible room is odd. Despite this, the room was a for one night & what more than adequate. The sink in the bathroom was too big & made it difficult to use the loo, but for one night, this wasn't an issue. The accessible shower with seat was good. It's a good size & would easily fit a wheelchair in there if needed. The spotlight on the bed was broken on the right side but this wasn't really an issue. The TV was very small for the size of the room & difficult to see. Again, for one night, it's neither here or there. It's a pretty basic travel lodge that's pretty low cost for an overnight stay in London for a hospital appointment, which served its purpose. We spent £109 for 2 evening meals, breakfast & the room, which I think is pretty good in 2025.
